Guerfounus House

GUERFOUNUS house is a solid, stone and granite property dating from the 17th century. The house can sleep up to ten people. The accommodation has five bedrooms (three en-suite), a separate bathroom and separate shower room.

The house comprises - on the ground floor:
Large kitchen with white, fitted units, woodburner, table and bench seating for ten people, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, digital television (access four BBC channels and four ITV channels), sofa.
Lounge: Four-seater sofa, television with DVD player, piano.
Large bedroom: King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, reclining seat,
door to:
En-suite wet room: Large, walk-in, fully tiled room (with facilities for disabled if necessary), WC, shower, hand basin.
Small single bedroom with single bed.

Hall with separate shower room, with wash hand basin and separate WC.

Stairs to first floor.
On the first floor:
Bedroom one: Double bed, wardrobe space, chest of drawers. Door to: En-suite bathroom with small bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom two: Two single beds, chest of drawers.
Bathroom/WC with wash hand basin.
Family room: Double bed and single bed. Door to en-suite shower room, with WC and wash hand basin.
